Policies Summary
Booking & Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Full payment must be made no later than 7 days before the session or event date.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations made within 7 days of the session or event are non-refundable. One reschedule is permitted with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.
Weather & Conditions: Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to adverse weather at no additional cost. Weather, venue, and environmental factors beyond the photographer’s control cannot be guaranteed.
Editing & Delivery: Images are professionally edited in the photographer’s style. Final images are delivered via an online gallery within 2–3 weeks (up to 4 weeks during busy periods). RAW files are not supplied.
Image Usage & Copyright: The photographer retains copyright of all images. Clients receive a licence for personal, non-commercial use. Images may be used for portfolio and promotional purposes unless opted out in writing prior to the session.
Model Release: By booking, clients grant permission for promotional use of images unless otherwise stated in writing. Parental consent is required for children under 18.
Data Protection: Client information is stored securely, used only for booking and service purposes, and never shared with third parties.
