Is a deposit required?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Dates are not held until the deposit has been received. Full payment is due no later than 7 days before the session or event date.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Cancellations made within 7 days of the session or event are non-refundable. One reschedule is permitted with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability. Full details can be found on the Policies page.

What if my child is shy, energetic, or doesn’t want to cooperate?

That’s absolutely fine and very normal. I’m a parent and a teacher, so I’m used to working with children of all personalities. Sessions are calm, flexible, and child-led, allowing children to be themselves without pressure.

How many images will we receive?

The number of images depends on the session or event, but this will be clearly explained at the time of booking. Quality and storytelling are always prioritised over quantity.

When will we receive our photos?

Final edited images are delivered within 2–3 weeks. During busy periods, delivery may take up to 4 weeks. You’ll always be kept informed.
How will the images be delivered?

Images are delivered via a private online gallery, where you can view, download, and share your photographs.

What happens if the weather is bad?

For outdoor sessions, weather will be monitored in advance. If conditions are unsuitable, we can reschedule or discuss alternative options at no extra cost.

Where are you based and do you travel?

I am based in Kent and am happy to travel. Travel beyond the local area may incur an additional fee, which will always be discussed in advance.

Can you use our images on your website or social media?

Yes, unless you choose to opt out in writing prior to the session. Images are always used respectfully and professionally.

Can we bring props?

Yes, simple and meaningful props are very welcome. Items such as favourite toys, books, blankets, or personal objects can help children feel at ease and add a natural, personal touch to your images.

Can we change outfits during the session?

Yes, outfit changes are absolutely fine, as long as they feel relaxed and don’t interrupt the natural flow of the session.

Are you insured?

Yes, I am fully insured, including public liability insurance. Please let me know if you need any documentation for your venue or event.
