New introductory prices for 2026
To secure a photography session or event booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. A booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received and acknowledged.
The remaining balance is due on or before the date of the session/event, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For events, full payment may be required in advance.
All prices, package details, and inclusions will be confirmed at the time of booking. Introductory rates may be offered while portfolio-building and are subject to availability.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or another agreed payment method. Any additional costs (such as extended time, travel beyond the agreed area, or extra images) will be discussed and agreed upon before being charged.
By paying the deposit, the client agrees to these booking and payment terms.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your photography session or event, please provide as much notice as possible.
Full payment is required no later than one week before the scheduled session or event date. Failure to complete payment by this time may result in the booking being cancelled.
Cancellations made more than seven days before the scheduled date will not incur any additional charges beyond the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made within seven days of the session or event will not be eligible for a refund, as the date has been reserved exclusively for you.
Rescheduling is permitted once without penalty, provided at least seven days’ notice is given. Any further rescheduling requests may require a new deposit.
In the event of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, please make contact as soon as possible and every effort will be made to accommodate a new date where possible.
For outdoor sessions, adverse weather conditions may require rescheduling. This will be discussed in advance, and no additional fee will apply in these circumstances.
The photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images created during any photography session or event, in accordance with UK copyright law.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use their images for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes sharing images on personal websites and social media, printing for personal use, and sharing with friends and family. Images must not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the photographer.
The photographer reserves the right to use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, promotional materials, and professional competitions, unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the session.
Requests for commercial use, extended licences, or full copyright buy-out can be discussed and agreed upon separately.
RAW files remain the property of the photographer and are not supplied.
By participating in a photography session or event, the client grants the photographer permission to use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, promotional materials, and professional purposes, including online and print use.
This consent applies to images in which the client appears and is granted without expectation of compensation beyond the photography services provided.
The photographer agrees that images will be used respectfully and in a professional manner.
If the client does not wish for their images to be used for promotional purposes, this must be communicated in writing prior to the session or event. Where such notice is given, images will not be used beyond the client’s private gallery.
For sessions involving children under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent on their behalf.
This release does not transfer copyright ownership. The photographer retains full copyright of all images.
All images delivered are professionally edited in the photographer’s signature style. Editing includes colour correction, exposure adjustments, and light retouching where appropriate. The photographer’s editing style is consistent and non-negotiable.
The photographer will select the best images from the session or event for editing and delivery. Unedited or RAW files are not supplied.
Final edited images will be delivered via a private online gallery within two to three weeks of the session or event date. During busy periods, delivery may take up to four weeks.
Gallery links will be active for a limited period, during which clients are encouraged to download and back up their images. Long-term storage of images cannot be guaranteed.
Requests for additional retouching, expedited delivery, or extra images may incur an additional fee and must be agreed upon in advance.
For outdoor photography sessions, weather conditions will be monitored in the days leading up to the session. If adverse weather (such as heavy rain, strong winds, or unsafe conditions) is forecast, the photographer will contact the client to discuss available options.
Where possible, outdoor sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost to a mutually convenient date. Alternatively, an indoor location or covered area may be suggested where appropriate.
Light rain, overcast skies, or seasonal weather conditions are not automatically considered grounds for cancellation, as these can still result in successful and atmospheric photographs.
For events, the photographer cannot be held responsible for missed or compromised images due to weather conditions, venue restrictions, lighting limitations, crowd interference, or circumstances beyond the photographer’s control.
In the unlikely event that the photographer is unable to attend due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond their control, all reasonable efforts will be made to arrange an alternative solution or provide a full refund of any payments made.
The photographer is committed to protecting client privacy and handling personal data responsibly and in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Personal information collected during the enquiry and booking process (including names, contact details, and session information) is used solely for the purpose of communication, booking management, and the delivery of photography services.
Client data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties, sold, or used for marketing purposes without consent. Information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil contractual, legal, or accounting obligations.
Photographic images are stored securely and may be archived for portfolio and record-keeping purposes. Long-term storage of images cannot be guaranteed, and clients are encouraged to download and back up their images promptly after delivery.
Clients have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting the photographer.
